Today's taxidermists, by comparison, have a well-organized, large, powerful industry at their disposal. They can choose from hundreds of molds for doing a shoulder mount of a deer alone, for example. They have better chemicals to work with, too. The most creative taxidermists often take things further and tweak their creations by custom sculpting them.
